Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups shredded cooked chicken rotisserie or boiled
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 cup Frank’s RedHot sauce or preferred buffalo sauce
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese plus extra for topping
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • chopped green onions or blue cheese crumbles optional garnish

Instructions
 

  • Add shredded chicken, cream cheese, buffalo sauce, ranch dressing, cheddar, and mozzarella to the crockpot. Stir to combine.
  • Cover and cook on low for 2 hours, stirring once or twice, until melted and heated through.
  • Sprinkle extra cheese and green onions or blue cheese on top before serving, if desired.
  • Serve warm with tortilla chips, crackers, or celery sticks.

Notes

This dip can be made ahead and kept on warm in the crockpot for serving. For extra heat, add a dash of cayenne or hot sauce!
