Ingredients
  

  • 4 pieces chicken breasts boneless, skinless
  • 2 cups potato chips crushed, preferably plain or lightly salted
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs beaten
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • Salt to taste salt
  • Pepper to taste black pepper
  • 1/4 cup butter melted

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
  • In a shallow dish, mix the flour, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  • In another shallow dish, beat the eggs.
  • In a third shallow dish, crush the potato chips into small crumbs (you can use a food processor or place them in a plastic bag and crush with a rolling pin).
  • Dip each chicken breast first into the flour mixture, then into the beaten eggs, and finally coat it in the crushed potato chips.
  • Place the coated chicken breasts on the prepared baking sheet. Drizzle the melted butter over the chicken.
  • Bake the chicken for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the coating is golden and crispy.
  • Serve the potato chip chicken with your favorite side dishes and enjoy!

Notes

For an extra touch of flavor, you can add a pinch of cayenne pepper or chili powder to the potato chip coating for a spicy kick!
