Ingredients
  

For the Dough

  • 3/4 cup milk warm
  • 2 1/4 tsp active dry yeast
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 egg room temperature
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 2 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt

For the Peach Filling

  • 2 cups fresh or canned peaches chopped
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar packed
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon

For the Glaze

  • 1 cup powdered sugar sifted
  • 2 tbsp milk adjust as needed
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions
 

  • In a mixing bowl, warm the milk and sprinkle the yeast on top. Let it sit for 5 minutes until foamy.
  • Add sugar, egg, melted butter, flour, and salt. Mix and knead until smooth and elastic (about 8 minutes).
  • Cover and let rise in a warm place for 1 hour or until doubled in size.
  • Meanwhile, prepare the peach filling by combining peaches, brown sugar, and cinnamon in a saucepan. Simmer for 5–7 minutes. Let cool.
  • Roll out the dough into a rectangle. Spread the peach filling evenly. Roll tightly and cut into 12 slices.
  • Place rolls in a greased baking dish. Let rise for 20 minutes. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool slightly.
  • Whisk glaze ingredients until smooth. Drizzle over the warm rolls before serving.

Notes

These rolls are best enjoyed fresh but can be stored in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
