For the Dough

For the Peach Filling

Instructions
In a mixing bowl, warm the milk and sprinkle the yeast on top. Let it sit for 5 minutes until foamy.
Add sugar, egg, melted butter, flour, and salt. Mix and knead until smooth and elastic (about 8 minutes).
Cover and let rise in a warm place for 1 hour or until doubled in size.
Meanwhile, prepare the peach filling by combining peaches, brown sugar, and cinnamon in a saucepan. Simmer for 5–7 minutes. Let cool.
Roll out the dough into a rectangle. Spread the peach filling evenly. Roll tightly and cut into 12 slices.
Place rolls in a greased baking dish. Let rise for 20 minutes. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool slightly.
Whisk glaze ingredients until smooth. Drizzle over the warm rolls before serving.
Notes
These rolls are best enjoyed fresh but can be stored in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
