This Honey Glazed Salmon is perfectly tender and flaky with a sticky-sweet, savory glaze. It's a quick and flavorful dish that's perfect for busy weeknights or elegant dinners!
In a small bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, lemon juice, and minced garlic. Set aside.
Season salmon fillets with salt and pepper.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Place salmon fillets skin-side down and cook for 3–4 minutes.
Flip the salmon fillets and pour the honey glaze over the top. Continue cooking for another 3–4 minutes, spooning sauce over the salmon until it thickens and glazes the fish.
Remove from heat. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately with extra glaze drizzled on top.
Notes
For extra caramelization, you can broil the salmon for 1–2 minutes at the end of cooking. Serve with rice, quinoa, or a fresh green salad!
