Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb Ground beef
  • 1 can Refried beans
  • 8 Flour tortillas
  • 2 cups Enchilada sauce
  • 2 cups Colby Jack cheese shredded
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1 packet Taco seasoning
  • 1 cup Sour cream

Instructions
 

  • Cook ground beef with taco seasoning. Drain excess fat and set aside.
  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). In a 9x13-inch dish, layer tortillas, refried beans, beef, enchilada sauce, and cheese.
  • Repeat layers and top with remaining cheese. Bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbly.
  • Cool for 5 minutes, top with sour cream, and serve!
