- 1 lb Ground beef
- 1 can Refried beans
- 8 Flour tortillas
- 2 cups Enchilada sauce
- 2 cups Colby Jack cheese shredded
- 1 cup Cheddar cheese shredded
- 1 packet Taco seasoning
- 1 cup Sour cream
Cook ground beef with taco seasoning. Drain excess fat and set aside.
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). In a 9x13-inch dish, layer tortillas, refried beans, beef, enchilada sauce, and cheese.
Repeat layers and top with remaining cheese. Bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbly.
Cool for 5 minutes, top with sour cream, and serve!
