This melty Reuben dip is everything you love about the classic sandwich, served warm and gooey in a hollowed-out rye bread bowl. Perfect for parties or game day spreads!
In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, shredded Swiss cheese, chopped corned beef, drained sauerkraut, and Thousand Island dressing. Mix until fully incorporated.
Transfer the dip mixture into the hollowed-out rye bread bowl and place it on a baking sheet.
Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until the dip is bubbly and heated through.
Serve warm with the bread pieces or crackers for dipping.
Notes
You can toast the bread bowl lid and pieces in the oven for extra crunch. Add a little horseradish for extra kick if desired.
