Ingredients
  

  • 2 medium Zucchini
  • 1 lb Ground beef
  • 1/2 Red bell pepper
  • 1/2 Onion
  • 1 tbsp Coconut aminos
  • 1 tbsp Bouillon powder
  • 1 tsp Thyme
  • 1/2 tsp Cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Salt

Instructions
 

  • Spiralize the zucchini into noodles and set aside.
  • In a skillet over medium-high heat, cook the ground beef until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks.
  • Add the chopped red bell pepper, onion, coconut aminos, bouillon powder, thyme, cayenne pepper, and salt to the skillet. Stir to combine and cook for 5 minutes.
  • Add the zucchini noodles to the skillet and stir well. Cook for an additional 5-10 minutes, or until the zucchini noodles reach your desired level of tenderness.
