- 2 medium Zucchini
- 1 lb Ground beef
- 1/2 Red bell pepper
- 1/2 Onion
- 1 tbsp Coconut aminos
- 1 tbsp Bouillon powder
- 1 tsp Thyme
- 1/2 tsp Cayenne pepper
- 1/2 tsp Salt
Spiralize the zucchini into noodles and set aside.
In a skillet over medium-high heat, cook the ground beef until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks.
