These Honey Soy Baked Chicken Drumsticks are juicy, flavorful, and sticky-sweet with a savory glaze. A quick and delicious dinner option for the whole family!
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Lightly grease a baking dish or line with foil.
In a mixing bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, olive oil, garlic, vinegar, pepper, and ginger.
Add the chicken drumsticks and coat well in the marinade. Let sit for 15–30 minutes if time allows.
Place the drumsticks in the baking dish and pour marinade over the top.
Bake for 35–40 minutes, turning once halfway through, until chicken is cooked through and nicely glazed.
Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds if desired. Serve hot with rice or vegetables.
Notes
For a thicker glaze, remove chicken after baking and simmer the sauce on the stovetop until reduced. You can also broil for 2–3 minutes at the end for crispier skin.
