Ingredients
  

  • 4 cups broccoli florets steamed or blanched
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese divided
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese grated
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 cup french fried onions for topping

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13-inch casserole dish.
  • In a large bowl, combine the cream of mushroom soup, mayonnaise, 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
  • Add the steamed broccoli florets to the mixture and stir to coat evenly. Pour the mixture into the prepared casserole dish.
  • Top the casserole with the remaining 1/2 cup of shredded cheddar cheese and the french fried onions.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the casserole is bubbly and the top is golden brown.

Notes

For extra crunch, add more french fried onions on top during the last few minutes of baking. You can also add a sprinkle of bacon bits or toasted breadcrumbs for a different twist.
