Ingredients
  

  • 2 fillets salmon skinless, cut into bite-sized chunks
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp paprika smoked or sweet
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice optional, for finishing
  • fresh parsley or dill chopped, for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3–5 minutes.
  • In a bowl, combine salmon chunks with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Toss until evenly coated.
  • Arrange salmon pieces in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Do not overcrowd.
  • Air fry for 7–9 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until salmon is golden and cooked through.
  • Finish with a squeeze of lemon juice and garnish with chopped herbs. Serve immediately with your favorite dip or side.

Notes

For extra crispiness, lightly spray the salmon bites with oil before air frying. These bites are delicious served over rice, in wraps, or tossed into salads.
