ground beef

packet
taco seasoning

shredded lettuce
iceberg or romaine

cherry tomatoes
halved
1

shredded cheddar cheese
1
cup
canned black beans
drained and rinsed
1
cup
corn kernels
canned or frozen, drained

Doritos chips
crushed slightly
ranch dressing or Catalina dressing
to taste
Instructions
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat if needed.
Add taco seasoning and a splash of water. Stir and simmer for 2–3 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
In a large mixing bowl, combine lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, black beans, and corn.
Add the seasoned beef and gently toss everything together.
Just before serving, stir in the crushed Doritos and drizzle with your preferred dressing. Toss lightly and serve immediately.
Notes
For a vegetarian version, skip the ground beef and add more beans or grilled veggies. You can also mix in avocado or jalapeños for extra flavor.
