Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup unsalted butter softened
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar packed
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs room temperature
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract
  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  • In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
  • Beat in the eggs one at a time, then mix in the vanilla extract.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  • Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix just until combined.
  • Fold in the chocolate chips.
  • Using a large cookie scoop, portion dough onto the prepared baking sheets, leaving space between each cookie.
  • Bake for 9–11 minutes, or until the edges are set but centers are still slightly soft. Let cool on baking sheets for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.

Notes

For that signature Crumbl look, press a few extra chocolate chips on top of the cookies right after baking. Store in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
