Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 package frozen diced hash brown potatoes about 32 oz, thawed
  • 1 pound kielbasa sausage sliced into rounds
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup 10.5 oz
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion optional
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Spray the inside of your Crockpot with non-stick cooking spray or line with a slow cooker liner.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine thawed hash browns, cheddar cheese, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, onion, garlic powder, and black pepper.
  • Fold in the sliced kielbasa until everything is evenly mixed.
  • Transfer the mixture into the Crockpot and spread it evenly.
  • Cover and cook on LOW for 4–5 hours or until hot and bubbly. Stir before serving.

Notes

You can swap kielbasa with smoked sausage or add bell peppers for extra flavor. Leftovers store well in the fridge for up to 3 days.
