Ingredients
  

  • 2 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 1/2 cups BBQ sauce use your favorite brand
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Instructions
 

  • Place chicken breasts in the crockpot.
  • In a bowl, mix together BBQ sauce, apple cider vinegar, brown sugar, garlic powder, smoked paprika, and salt.
  • Pour the sauce mixture over the chicken, making sure it's well coated.
  • Cover and cook on low for 6–7 hours or on high for 3–4 hours, until the chicken is fully cooked and tender.
  • Shred the chicken with two forks right in the crockpot and stir to coat with the sauce.
  • Serve on sandwich buns, in tacos, or over rice.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days. You can also freeze shredded BBQ chicken for quick future meals!
