Instructions
Place chicken breasts in the crockpot.
In a bowl, mix together BBQ sauce, apple cider vinegar, brown sugar, garlic powder, smoked paprika, and salt.
Pour the sauce mixture over the chicken, making sure it's well coated.
Cover and cook on low for 6–7 hours or on high for 3–4 hours, until the chicken is fully cooked and tender.
Shred the chicken with two forks right in the crockpot and stir to coat with the sauce.
Serve on sandwich buns, in tacos, or over rice.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days. You can also freeze shredded BBQ chicken for quick future meals!
