Ingredients
  

  • 6 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 packet dry Italian dressing mix
  • 10.5 oz golden mushroom soup 1 can
  • 4 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter melted
  • cooked angel hair pasta or rice for serving

Instructions
 

  • Place chicken breasts in the bottom of the crockpot.
  • In a bowl, whisk together the Italian dressing mix, golden mushroom soup, cream cheese, chicken broth, and melted butter until smooth.
  • Pour the sauce over the chicken, making sure it's evenly coated.
  • Cover and cook on low for 4–5 hours or until chicken is tender and fully cooked.
  • Serve warm over cooked angel hair pasta or rice, spooning extra sauce on top.

Notes

For extra flavor, add sautéed mushrooms or spinach before serving. Leftovers can be refrigerated for up to 3 days.
