Crust

Cheesecake Filling

instant banana pudding mix

Instructions
Mix the vanilla wafer crumbs and melted butter in a bowl until well combined.
Press the mixture into the bottoms of mini muffin tins or silicone molds. Freeze for 10 minutes to set.
In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
Add banana pudding mix and cold milk. Mix until thickened.
Fold in the whipped topping until fully incorporated.
Spoon or pipe the filling onto the prepared crusts and smooth the tops. Chill for at least 3 hours or until set.
Top with sliced banana and a vanilla wafer before serving, if desired.
Notes
Store in the refrigerator and enjoy within 3 days. Freeze for up to 1 month without toppings.
