Ingredients
  

  • 1 can refrigerated crescent roll dough (8 oz)
  • 1 cup cooked crab meat lump or flaked
  • 4 oz cream cheese softened
  • 2 tablespoons green onion finely chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley chopped, for garnish (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a medium bowl, mix together the crab meat, softened cream cheese, green onion, garlic powder, and black pepper until well combined.
  • Unroll the crescent dough and separate into triangles. Cut each triangle in half lengthwise to make smaller triangles.
  • Spoon about 1 teaspoon of the crab mixture onto the wide end of each triangle and roll up toward the point.
  • Place the bites seam-side down on the baking sheet. Bake for 10–12 minutes or until golden brown.
  • Optional: Sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

These bites can be made ahead and refrigerated before baking. For extra flavor, a pinch of Old Bay seasoning can be added to the filling.
