  • Spatula

Ingredients

  • 1 lb large shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 1 tbsp olive oil or neutral cooking oil
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tbsp chili garlic sauce like sambal oelek or homemade
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce low sodium preferred

  • lime wedges and chopped scallions for garnish

Instructions

  • In a small bowl, mix chili garlic sauce, soy sauce, and honey (if using). Set aside.

  • Add shrimp and cook for 2–3 minutes per side until pink and opaque.

  • Remove from heat, garnish with scallions and a squeeze of lime. Serve hot over rice, noodles, or as is.

Notes

Control the spice level by adjusting the chili garlic sauce. This dish pairs beautifully with jasmine rice or stir-fried veggies.
