Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast shredded or diced
  • 1 cup red grapes halved
  • 1/2 cup celery diced
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • chopped parsley or green onions optional garnish

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, grapes, and celery.
  • In a separate small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  • Pour the dressing over the chicken mixture and toss until everything is evenly coated.
  • Chill for at least 15 minutes before serving for best flavor. Garnish with parsley or green onions if desired.

Notes

Perfect served on croissants, lettuce wraps, or with crackers. Add slivered almonds or chopped pecans for extra crunch!
