This Chicken Burrito Bowl is a healthy and satisfying meal loaded with grilled chicken, fluffy rice, beans, veggies, and a zesty lime dressing. Perfect for meal prep or weeknight dinners!
1cupblack beanscooked or canned, drained and rinsed
1cupcorn kernelsfresh or canned, drained

Instructions
In a bowl, combine chicken with olive oil, chili powder, cumin, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and lime juice. Let marinate for 15 minutes.
Heat a grill pan over medium heat and cook the chicken for 6–8 minutes on each side or until fully cooked. Let rest, then slice.
In serving bowls, layer cooked rice, black beans, corn, avocado, cherry tomatoes, and red onion.
