Ingredients
  

Graham Cracker Crust

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar

Cream Cheese Layer

  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 8 oz whipped topping (like Cool Whip), thawed

Topping

  • 21 oz cherry pie filling 1 can

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar until combined. Press firmly into the bottom of a 9x13 dish. Chill while preparing the filling.
  • In another bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, and mix until creamy.
  • Fold in whipped topping until well combined and fluffy.
  • Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the chilled crust.
  • Spoon cherry pie filling over the top and spread gently to cover.
  • Chill the dessert in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or until set. Slice and serve cold.

Notes

You can make this a day in advance for easier serving. Substitute other fruit pie fillings like blueberry or strawberry if desired.
