Instructions
In a mixing bowl, combine oats, milk, yogurt, maple syrup, vanilla extract, almond extract (if using), and chia seeds.
Stir until well mixed and creamy.
Fold in the sprinkles gently to prevent color bleeding.
Divide the mixture into two jars or containers with lids.
Refrigerate for at least 8 hours or overnight.
In the morning, stir well and top with extra sprinkles before serving.
Notes
Customize with protein powder, nut butter, or top with whipped cream for extra indulgence. Keeps in fridge for up to 3 days.
