Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast shredded or chopped
  • 1/4 cup buffalo sauce adjust to taste
  • 4 cups romaine or mixed greens chopped
  • 1 celery stalk sliced thin
  • 1/2 red bell pepper diced
  • 1/4 cup shredded carrots
  • 1/4 cup blue cheese or ranch dressing plus more for serving
  • blue cheese crumbles or shredded cheddar optional topping

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, toss cooked chicken with buffalo sauce until fully coated.
  • In a large salad bowl, combine chopped greens, celery, bell pepper, and shredded carrots.
  • Add the buffalo chicken on top of the salad mixture.
  • Drizzle with dressing and toss to combine or serve dressing on the side.
  • Top with blue cheese crumbles or shredded cheddar if using. Serve immediately.

Notes

Use rotisserie chicken for a time-saving shortcut. For extra crunch, add tortilla strips or croutons. Great for wraps or meal prep bowls!
