Ingredients

  • 2 cups broccoli florets, chopped
  • 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked broccoli, cheddar cheese, parmesan cheese, bread crumbs, egg, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix everything together until well combined.
  • Using your hands, form the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter, and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
  • Drizzle the olive oil over the broccoli cheese balls to help them crisp up during baking.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 18-20 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy on the outside.
